The Details
The Foundation will cover one room at the DDX3X group rate of $239 per night for two nights plus taxes and fees per DDX3X child. (Please note, your DDX3X child does not need to attend.) Any additional nights at the hotel, rooms for nannies and extended family, room service or charges to the room, and upgrades will be charged to the individual upon check-out. Attendees will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidentals. We are not able to offer any changes or refunds to the above and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, please note that The Foundation is not able to provide stipends or reimbursement to those who choose not to stay at the conference hotel.

Who Does This Include?
Each DDX3X child is allowed one room and registration for two parents or caregivers – this includes if a parent chooses to bring someone other than the child’s other parent to accompany them as long as they are staying in the same hotel room, and their siblings. If a parent or caregiver chooses to attend the conference without their child, they are still eligible for the two room nights and complimentary registration. The Foundation will cover a total of 4 people who are all staying in the same room.

Additional Attendees – Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Etc.
The DDX3X Foundation is fortunate to have a number of involved grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nannies, and close friends and we want them to be able to join us at the conference and learn alongside us. All are welcome to register and participate in the conference and meals for a registration fee of $100 per person. The Foundation is not able to cover any hotel rooms for additional attendees but they are eligible to reserve a room at the discounted rate of $239 per night plus taxes and fees.

The deadline to book your hotel reservation is August 31

Saturday’s group activities include a trip to Morgan’s Wonderland in the morning and the Riverwalk Boat Cruise in the late afternoon. Morgan’s Wonderland will require transportation, however, all other activities are walkable. There will be an additional charge for these activities. Saturday dinner is not planned.
