Centers of Excellence

The DDX3X Foundation has officially named two Centers of Excellence for DDX3X Syndrome where the DDX3X Natural History Study will be conducted! Centers of Excellence will provide the best clinical care available for individuals affected by DDX3X Syndrome as well as increase understanding of the syndrome by participation in the Natural History Study as we continue to fund research for treatments.

The two centers we are announcing today will be staffed by clinicians and other professionals who are experts on DDX3X Syndrome and are dedicated to identifying and meeting families’ needs. Not only will they serve as an invaluable resource for DDX3X families, but unified data collection will identify shared, high-priority concerns among those affected and lay the foundation for developing new treatments.
